Your order will be shipped by one of the following: DHL Ground, Greyhound Pickup, or Canada Post. The best and most economical method of shipping will be used unless a rush delivery is requested. Additional costs will be associated with a rush shipment. Please note, your order will be received in a much more timely matter if it is being delivered to a business street address or if you ensure that someone is available at the address to sign for the package.
Backorders: You will be notified by email of any goods that are on backorder with an estimated time of delivery. You may decide to wait for the backorder items, delete them from your order, or have them shipped separately.
Damaged Goods: While we strive to ensure all goods are received by you in good working condition, it is enevitable that damage may occur during the shipping process. Your patience and understanding are appreciated in these situations. Please report by email to us any goods that are received in a damaged or poor working condition within seven days from the receipt of your order. In order to assess whether repair or replacement will be required, you may be required to ship the goods back at our expense for further investigation. We will do our best to ensure a timely resolution to any problems that may occur.
Returning Goods: Goods may be returned for a full refund (unless otherwise stated on the product page) within 15 days of receipt. Please note, some special order items such as scuba tanks may include a restocking fee. Shipping costs to return items will be at the customers expense. Packages undeliverable and returned may be refunded in full, less the 2-way shipping expense.
